Find Your Balance
Therapy for University Students, Faculty, and Young Professionals
Feeling lost, stressed, or overwhelmed?
I help university students, faculty, and young professionals gain balance and find their way.
Higher education offers a tremendous opportunity for growth and self-discovery, but it also presents unique stressors and challenges.
I have spent years working and training in university settings, and I am committed to serving individuals in this community.
My clients have included students, staff, and faculty from Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Lesley, Bentley, Emerson, Northeastern, Boston University, and other universities. I am available for in-person therapy in Cambridge, MA, as well as online therapy in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.
I also work regularly with young professionals navigating life beyond graduation.
